Just Breathe

It was about a month ago that a trip to the urgent care for what I thought was a cold ended in a diagnosis of pneumonia. I'm more mobile than I've been in a while due in part to my new medication however my lungs are still not a 100%. While walking from the parking lot to the movie theater Saturday night it became quiet apparent. I had to stop to rest half way up the staircase to the ticket booth. Its not an out of shape thing. I wasn't running a marathon. I was walking casually up a flight or two of stairs. My GP said that it would take 4-6 weeks for my lungs to clear up. I'm sure it will take longer because I don't have a "normal" immune system. I'm sure that the pleurisy that I have doesn't improve things. I'm tired. I'm really tired of being sick. I wish I lived a state that approved of medical marijuana. I'm not big on mj but it would a least be a consolation prize.

I've been sick with a flu bug or something since Friday. My bathroom and I have been like this :crosses fingers: ever since. I went to the doctor just to make sure I wasn't having an allergic reaction to my new medication. After my first round of chest X rays I returned to the examination room. The doctor enters and says, "The X rays didn't come out clear.Do you have breast implants?" Me: No, What? So after 2 hours of waiting around and another round of X rays I finally get my prescription for my inhaler.

Why must they have TV's in every room? I saw that movie with Rock and some little girl in its entirety. Its entirety damn it.


Note to self: Find GRE prep book and overpriced writing manual.

2 additional Teacher Certification Exams in November / One in the spring
Taking Statistics and Accounting in the Spring
Applying to School Districts to teach Economics
Apply to MPH an MS programs/ ideally PG wants to be in a MPH/MBA program.

We could have gotten in to an Economics or Public Ad program ASAP but PlanningG wanted a more rigorous program.
